Okay, so if you scroll down the page you will see the photo of the art piece which says "Smoking is War". Well the French are FULLY engaged in this war, and they appear to be winning by the number of enlistees. When last here I found the level of smoking (war) somewhat endearing, like a cultural "tic", yet now after 5+ days of immersion I am less than amuzed. Excuze moi.
